Cancel within 1 hour of payment
You can cancel from your order page within 1 hour of payment. After that, your order is in production and can't be cancelled online.
Waiting for refund
Once cancelled, your order shows "Waiting for refund" until we've sent your money back.
e-Transfer refunds
e-Transfer refunds are sent manually by our team.
Refund completed
When the refund is done, we mark it completed and send you an email to confirm.
