How do I order?
Upload one design at the size you want with order by size, fit many designs on a sheet in the gang sheet builder, or pick ready-to-press designs. Then check out.
What size is a gang sheet?
Every sheet is 12 inches wide. You choose the length, from 36 to 144 inches in 1-inch steps. If your designs need more than 144 inches, they continue onto another sheet automatically.
What files do you accept?
PNG only, for now. A transparent background at 300 dpi works best. See the artwork guidelines.
Can I change or cancel after paying?
Yes, within 1 hour of payment. Your order page shows "Changes available until" with the exact time. After that, your order goes into production.
How do I pay?
By credit card or e-Transfer at checkout. Prices are before tax; GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are added at checkout.
How long does it take?
Orders are made in the order they arrive, usually within 1–2 business days.
