Artwork guidelines

We accept PNG files only, for now.

Anything that isn't transparent will print, including white or coloured backgrounds. Remove the background before uploading.

If your file has no transparency, you'll see a warning. You can still continue, but you accept responsibility for how it prints.

Save your artwork at 300 dpi at the size you want it printed. Lower resolution can look blurry.

Designs can be at most 12 inches wide, the width of the sheet. When you change the width or height in the builder, the other side adjusts automatically to keep the proportions.

Every file is checked automatically. A person reviews it only if the file is flagged, for example when there's no transparency or it's under 300 dpi.
